Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and nurture potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls and product demonstrations to showcase value propositions.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product, to refine offerings.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and market insights using CRM tools.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to position the product effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-6 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms (not a must have)
  • Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or regulatory industries is a plus.
