What Were Looking For:
Minimum of 5-7 years experience working with Commercial teams and performance management analysis
Expertise in deriving insights from data, account management principles, forecasting, sales tools, competitive intelligence analysis, and performance management to drive strategic decision-making and sales performance
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, translate it into actionable insights, and drive performance improvement initiatives in commercial operations
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, data analysis tools, and workflow management software, coupled with strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing cross-functional teams in a global, fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on innovation, process improvement, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proven track record of successful collaboration with sales, operations, finance, product development, and marketing teams in a global organization
