Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

  • Initiate and manage outbound calls to dermatologists, clinics, and pharmacies.

Product Promotion:

  • Promote dermatology-related products and services effectively.

Needs Assessment & Solution Offering:

  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.

CRM Management:

  • Update all customer interactions and lead details in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).

Lead Follow-Up:

  • Follow up regularly with leads to progress them through the sales funnel.

Target Achievement:

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Team Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams to ensure unified sales efforts.

Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or pharmaceutical sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Prior knowledge or experience in dermatology or medical sales is an advantage
  • Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
