Key Responsibilities
- WhatsApp Automation Management
Manage and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns regularly
Send promotional messages, offers, and follow-ups to the database
Segment contacts and maintain structured communication flows
Respond to incoming queries and nurture leads
Maintain clean and updated broadcast lists
- Cold Calling & Inside Sales
Make outbound calls to potential clients from the company database
Introduce company services (branding, corporate gifting, events, POSM, etc.)
Identify client needs and generate qualified leads
Fix meetings or pass hot leads to the sales team
Maintain consistent follow-ups
- Social Media & Digital Marketing
Handle company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Plan, create, and upload posts (images, videos, captions) regularly
Coordinate with the designer (or use tools) to create basic creatives
Maintain content calendar and posting consistency
Write engaging captions aligned with brand positioning
Monitor engagement (likes, comments, inquiries) and respond promptly
Add and manage relevant business contacts/connections on platforms like LinkedIn
Support lead generation through social media outreach
- Lead Management & Reporting
Maintain daily reports of calls, messages, and leads
Update CRM/database with accurate information
Track responses, conversions, and campaign performance
Work closely with marketing and sales teams
Share feedback from clients and improve messaging strategies
