This is a full-time hybrid role based in Indore with some flexibility for remote work. As a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will focus on driving revenue growth through prospecting, pitching, and closing sales deals alongside implementing effective marketing strategies. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, collaborating with the marketing team to develop campaigns, and providing training and support to enhance the client experience.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to identify leads, forecast sales, and close deals.
• Ability to deliver Training and mentoring sessions to clients or colleagues as needed.
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, tools, and techniques will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in analyzing and optimizing sales and marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
