Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Indore. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role involves overseeing a team of sales professionals, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Additional responsibilities include conducting performance reviews, providing training and guidance to the team, and preparing regular sales reports.

- Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management skills.
- Experience in performance management, team leadership, and staff training.
- Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategizing, and decision-making.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market dynamics.
