Role Description

We are seeking a Tele Caller for a full-time, on-site position located in Surat. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, offering detailed information about our products and services, and effectively addressing inquiries. Key responsibilities include maintaining customer records, achieving sales targets, generating leads, and providing a positive customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Proficiency in customer relationship management and sales support
• Basic knowledge of automotive lubricants or willingness to learn
• Experience in telecalling, customer service, or a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customer interactions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Comfortable working on-site in Surat
• Proficiency in a regional language is a plus
