Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Surat for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, manage incoming calls, maintain appointment schedules, and handle general receptionist duties. The role also involves clerical tasks such as managing correspondence, record-keeping, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations. Providing excellent customer service and maintaining professional communication with students, parents, and external stakeholders will be integral to this position.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills to manage front desk operations, documentation, and office organization
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, including handling inquiries and maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Strong Phone Etiquette to manage calls efficiently and deliver a welcoming experience to clients and visitors
  • Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office Suite
  • Prior experience in a receptionist or front-facing role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in office administration is an advantage
