Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele caller located in Faridabad. The Tele caller will be responsible for reaching out to prospective candidates, handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about programs and services, and addressing inquiries or concerns. Regular tasks include maintaining a database of interactions, following up with leads, and nurturing connections to support enrollment processes. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to ensure positive engagement.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- Customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
- Proficiency in data entry, maintaining records, and using CRM or telephone systems
- Problem-solving abilities to address inquiries and provide effective resolutions
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
