Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for the position of Tele Caller. The selected candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing clients via phone calls, providing information about the company's real estate properties, and answering customer inquiries. Additional responsibilities include maintaining updated client databases, following up on leads, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to close deals. Effective communication with clients to ensure a positive experience is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with client interactions, lead generation, and telecalling
- Ability to organize and manage client and lead data efficiently
- Basic knowledge of real estate processes and market trends in Pune is advantageous
- Proficiency in multilingual communication, including English, Hindi, and Marathi, is preferred
- A customer-focused attitude with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
