Skytech Aviation is seeking a full-time Tele Caller for an on-site role located in Mumbai. The Tele Caller will be responsible for connecting with potential students and clients over the phone, providing information about aviation courses, and addressing inquiries. The role involves following up with leads, maintaining accurate records of calls and customer responses, achieving assigned targets, and contributing to enrollment growth. Additional tasks include coordinating with the admissions team and delivering excellent customer service.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in client interaction and customer relationship management
• Ability to explain complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Good organizational and multitasking skills to manage calls and follow-ups effectively
• Experience in sales or telecalling, preferably in the education or aviation training sector
• Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM tools
• Strong listening and problem-solving aptitude
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in communication or related fields is a plus
• Fluency in English and local languages is preferred
