Job Title: Telecaller / Telemarketing Executive (Office-Based)
Job Summary
We are hiring a Telecaller for an office-based role. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, explaining products/services, and generating leads. This is a fixed shift, office-based position with no rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers using provided data
- Attend inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
- Clearly explain products/services to customers
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or registers
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead targets
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English (regional language added advantage)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.)
- Confident, polite, and customer-friendly attitude
- Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred but not mandatory
Qualifications
- Minimum: 10th / 12th pass
- Graduates preferred but not compulsory
