Key Responsibilities:
Find and reach out to potential customers through online and offline channels.
Research leads to understand how to approach them effectively.
Check and qualify if leads are a good fit and interested.
Contact leads through calls, emails, and messages to start conversations.
Follow up regularly and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
Use CRM tools to update and organize lead information.
Build and maintain relationships with potential corporate clients.
Schedule and confirm meetings (appointments) with interested prospects.
Support the business team by sharing lead insights and updates.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates or someone with 1–2 years of experience.
- Good communication skills (speaking and writing clearly).
- Ability to convince and build trust with people.
- Can work independently and also in a team.
- Experience in sales, lead generation, or email outreach is a plus.
- Comfortable using email tools, CRM software, and social media.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday – Half Day)
Working Time: 8.30am to 5.30pm 9.30 am to 6.30pm (Employees working on Sundays are eligible for comp off)
