Job Description
- Make outbound calls to customers for follow-ups and lead generation
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain products and generate sales leads

- Process orders, follow-ups, and maintain sales documentation.
- Prepare reports, quotations, invoices, and dispatch records.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
