Job Title: Export Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Export Sales Executive to manage and expand our international sales operations. The role involves identifying global market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving export sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new international business opportunities in target markets
Manage and grow relationships with existing overseas clients and distributors
Handle end-to-end export sales process including inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order execution
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, documentation) to ensure timely delivery
Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, shipping documents, etc.
Conduct market research to understand global trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and client meetings
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies
Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets
Required Skills Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in export sales / international business (preferred 15 years)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and Incoterms
Familiarity with international markets and cultural practices
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
Ability to travel internationally when required

Experience in handling B2B international clients
