Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to clients and handle inbound queries efficiently.
  • Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide relevant information.
  • Coordinate B2B communications and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Build and maintain a database of clients and delegates.
  • Invite delegates and manage confirmations for events or meetings.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks using computer applications.

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral communication skills in English.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including Internet browsing, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and maintain client records accurately.
