Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Tele-Caller to join our EdTech company. The role involves reaching out to prospective students/parents, informing them about our courses and services, and guiding them through the admission or enrollment process. The Tele-Caller will play a key role in connecting with leads, nurturing them, and ensuring successful conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential students/parents from provided leads and inquiries.
- Explain course details, features, benefits, and fee structures clearly and convincingly.
- Counsel and guide students regarding course selection based on their interests and career goals.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve queries related to admissions, courses, and processes.
- Follow up with leads regularly to ensure maximum conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and enrollments in the CRM system.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead conversion, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the Tele-Counsellor/Admissions team for smooth enrollment processes.
- Provide feedback on student concerns, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Prior experience in Telecalling/Customer Service/Sales (EdTech or education industry preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain educational programs and build trust with students/parents.
- Persuasive, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
- Good computer skills with MS Office and CRM usage.
- Fluency in English and [Hindi/Regional Language as per requirement].
