Role Overview
As a Part-Time Tele Caller Sales at III Studio, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients to introduce the company and its interior design services. This role involves handling customer inquiries, sharing project-related information, scheduling site visits, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote III Studio's interior design services.
- Introduce the company, explain its expertise, and highlight the benefits of its offerings.
- Answer customer queries and provide details about ongoing and completed projects.
- Schedule site visit appointments by coordinating with interior designers and clients.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in achieving part-time sales targets.
Working Hours
- Part-time role with flexible working hours (to be discussed during the interview).
Qualifications
- Experience: 13 years of experience in tele-calling, tele-sales, customer service, or a related role.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office.
