Key Result Areas
Make outbound calls to potential business clients to introduce the company and its
offerings.
Explain products and services in a clear, structured, and professional manner.
Identify interested prospects, qualify them based on basic requirements, and schedule
meetings for the sales team.
Maintain accurate call logs, lead details, and follow up actions in CRM tools.
Conduct regular follow ups with warm leads to move them forward in the sales funnel.
Support the sales team by sharing relevant client insights gathered during calls.
Build and maintain healthy client relationships through consistent communication and a
helpful approach.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets are met
Prior Experience In B2B Calling Preferred.
Experience in telecalling, inside sales, or
customer engagement roles will be an
added advantage.
