Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in New Delhi. The primary responsibilities include initiating and managing outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing clients, providing information about services, addressing inquiries, and maintaining updated and accurate records of calls. The Telecaller will engage with clients professionally, focus on generating leads, and contribute to enhancing customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in communication skills, including strong verbal and active listening abilities
• Proven skills in building rapport over the phone and problem resolution
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet targets
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with call center tools and CRM software
• Past experience in telesales, customer service, or inside sales is a plus
• Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented with attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus
