We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele Caller to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, promoting our products and services, and assisting with customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new business opportunities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets set by the management.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Proficient in using computers and telecommunication systems.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
