Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller based in Saraswati Vihar. The Telecaller will interact directly with potential and existing customers over phone calls to promote products and services, resolve inquiries, and nurture positive customer relationships. The role involves delivering detailed product information, addressing customer concerns, maintaining records of customer interactions, and achieving assigned sales targets. Building rapport with customers and demonstrating in-depth product knowledge are integral parts of the job.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
- Proficiency in verbal communication, with fluency in English and local languages
- Ability to manage customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Basic computer skills for maintaining accurate records and using relevant CRM software
- Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory
- A positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to diverse customer interactions
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus
