Job Purpose:

To engage with customers and bank partners through outbound and inbound calls, providing comprehensive information about Care Health Insurance products, generating leads, and contributing to sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills and a target-oriented approach to support business development.

Job Profile:

Manage both outbound and inbound calling processes effectively.
Work towards achieving set targets for lead generation and sales.
Brief customers and bank managers thoroughly about Care Health Insurance products and their benefits.
Coordinate actively with bank branch heads regarding lead follow-up and target achievement.

Qualifications:

Any Graduate.

Skills:

Candidate should possess good communication skills.
Proficiency in languages such as Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada is preferred.
