Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Thane. The selected candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, and addressing queries. Responsibilities include accurately maintaining client records, coordinating follow-ups, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service to build positive relationships with clients. The role requires a high level of professionalism, communication, and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications and CRM systems
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and attention to detail
- Ability to handle client inquiries and concerns professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Skills in time management and working effectively in a team
- Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or similar roles is preferred
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is an added advantage
