We are looking for a Technology Lead - Payment systems
You'll make a difference by:
- Lead a payments-grade platform with strong ownership across:
- Payments processing systems
- Cloud infrastructure & reliability
- Cost optimization (FinOps)
- PCI-DSS compliance and secure architecture
- This role is for someone who has built and scaled real transaction systems, not just managed engineering teams.
- High Competency in following areas:
- 1. Architect and scale payment systems
- Payment orchestration layers
- Gateway / processor integrations
- Ledgering, reconciliation, settlements
- Payment lifecycle (auth → capture → settlement → reconciliation)
- 2. Drive cloud architecture (AWS) with high availability and auto scaling
- 3. Implement strong FinOps discipline
- 4. Lead PCI-DSS compliant architecture and partner with auditors and compliance teams
- 5. Build and Lead teams across Backend, DevOps, Security and Data
- 6. Translate business/payment requirements into Scalable and Resilient systems
Your success is grounded in:
- 12+ years of experience is required.
- Great Communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
