Role & Responsibilities:
- Increase asset/account inventory coverage, reconcile CMDB discrepancies, and improve data accuracy.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to extract user lists, resolve data quality issues, and support account lifecycle processes.
- Categorize findings into governance, IAM, and asset management for remediation.
- Partner with IAM architects, product owners, and infrastructure teams to deliver scalable, compliant onboarding solutions.
- Support go-live, post-deployment troubleshooting, and periodic access automation validation.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 5-8 years experience in IAM with asset/account governance and data analysis.
- Intermediate to advanced IT security knowledge with exposure to IAM controls and CMDB processes.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement, process improvement, and risk management.
- Analytical mindset with good Excel and data analysis skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and managing application/infrastructure issues.
- Basic understanding of CMDB, asset inventory, and infrastructure components is preferred.
