Job Summary:
- As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will provide expert guidance and leadership in the systems development lifecycle, offering strategic advice for IT functions and working on high-impact technology consulting projects. Your role will be pivotal in driving business growth and efficiency by implementing innovative technology solutions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Subject Matter Expert (SME): Expected to be an expert in technology consulting, leading teams and ensuring performance excellence.
- Team Leadership: Responsible for making key decisions, managing the team's performance, and guiding team members toward successful project outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with multiple teams to contribute to strategic decisions and ensure collaboration across functions.
- Problem Solving: Provide solutions to technical and business-related problems within your team and across other teams.
- Technology Consulting Projects: Lead and execute technology consulting projects by understanding client requirements and delivering tailored solutions.
- Business Needs Analysis: Identify and analyze client business needs, and develop strategic technology solutions to address those needs.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, providing actionable recommendations and aligning solutions with their goals.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables, ensuring successful project execution and client satisfaction.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- SAP for Retail:
- Proficiency in SAP for Retail, with a strong understanding of retail industry processes, including SAP modules like SD, MM, and FI.
- Experience in implementing SAP solutions for retail clients, from requirement gathering to solution deployment.
- Retail Industry Expertise:
- Deep knowledge of retail industry best practices, processes, and SAP functionalities related to retail.
- Experience with SAP Retail pricing and promotions management, as well as integration of SAP Retail with other modules.
- SAP S/4HANA (Good to Have):
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, its features, and capabilities within the retail domain.
- Workshop Facilitation:
- Experience in conducting workshops to gather business requirements and drive strategic technology solutions.
Additional Information:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP for Retail and technology consulting.
- Education: A 15 years full-time education is required.
