The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and drives improvements that contribute to the success of IT operations and project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that improve team efficiency and project delivery.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure seamless project execution.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
• Strong knowledge of master data management principles and governance frameworks.
• Experience in integrating SAP MDG with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP MDG.
• Familiarity with data quality management and validation techniques to ensure data integrity.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data processes and workflows.
