What would you do Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. What are we looking for

  • Strong experience in program governance, financial oversight, and contractual management.
  • Proven ability to manage budget tracking, cost monitoring, and revenue risk mitigation.
  • Extensive experience in eCommerce operations, with a strong understanding of digital business environments.
  • Proven track record of running a business function or leading teams managing multiple platforms and multilingual ecosystems, including but not limited to marketplaces, beauty retailers, and D2C platforms.
  • Hands-on experience working across the APAC market, with a solid understanding of regional dynamics and stakeholder complexities.
  • Experience working with global stakeholders and managing structured governance forums.
  • Strong understanding of PMO frameworks, reporting standards, and compliance processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to drive governance improvements and ensure process adherence across teams.
  • Experience leading or mentoring PMO or governance team members. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area of responsibility
  • The person would create solutions in situations in which analysis requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Requires adherence to strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near-term goals
  • Interaction of the individual is with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture, involving matters that may require acceptance of an alternate approach

  • Program Governance & Oversight
  • Lead and manage program governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, reporting standards, and organizational policies.
  • Establish and facilitate structured governance forums with global stakeholders.
  • Monitor program performance, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to governance processes. Financial & Contractual Management
  • Oversee budget tracking, cost monitoring, and financial performance across programs.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate revenue risks and financial deviations.
  • Maintain contractual documentation and ensure timely escalation of compliance issues. eCommerce & Market Governance
  • Apply extensive eCommerce operational expertise to govern digital business programs effectively.
  • Leverage experience of leading teams or managing business functions supporting multiple platforms and multilingual environments, including marketplaces, beauty retailers, and D2C ecosystems.
  • Ensure governance alignment across APAC markets, addressing regional complexities and stakeholder needs. Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
  • Engage and collaborate with senior global stakeholders, providing governance insights and performance updates.
  • Drive alignment through regular reviews, reporting, and strategic discussions.
  • Influence decision-making on governance priorities and program risks. PMO Leadership & Capability Development
  • Lead and mentor PMO/governance team members, ensuring capability building and performance management.
  • Drive continuous improvement in governance processes, reporting, and operational efficiency., Any Graduation
