Technology Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced Technology Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in SFDC Development & Customization Omnistudio SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. Experience in Billing domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.

Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications using Omnistudio and Lightning.

Provide technical guidance and support for SFDC integration projects.

Ensure the configuration of Salesforce applications aligns with best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.

Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce solutions.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.

Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.

Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce technologies.

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and industry trends.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce projects within the defined timelines.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in SFDC Development & Customization.

Demonstrate proficiency in Omnistudio and SFDC Lightning.

Have strong knowledge of SFDC Integration and Configuration.

Experience in Billing domain is a plus.

Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.

Have strong communication and documentation skills.

Demonstrate ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
