Lead Software Engineer

The Lead Software Engineer Full Stack -Automation Factory is part of an agile software development team, building and working on enterprise grade software systems. Lead Full stack developer guides junior developers, able to code in multiple languages and familiar with a variety of frameworks and tools.

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret written technical specification documents.
• Discussion with Team Leader regarding the scope.
• Understanding the requirement from a technical point of view.
• Writing clean, functional code on the front and back-end.
• Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
• Work with development teams and team lead to ideate software solutions.
• Design client-side and server-side architecture.
• Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications.
• Write efficient and scalable APIs.
• Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
• Write technical documentation.
• Ensure application is deployed seamlessly across all environments (Dev, UAT & Prod)
• Technical support for production issues. Minimal TAT for Prod fixes & deployment.

Key Skills:

• Lead Engineer for Salesforce & MuleSoft designs, builds, and manages complex integrations between Salesforce and other systems
• Leading the creation of integration strategies (API-led, event-driven) for Salesforce, handling data flows, security, and performance.
• Hands-on coding in Anypoint Studio, building APIs, microservices, and data integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, JSON, XML, Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture.)
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models, Apex, Visualforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ
