• Manage Cisco switching and routing to ensure secure and efficient data flow across the network.
• Implement and maintain wireless network solutions to provide seamless connectivity for all users.
• Optimize WAN performance through the deployment and management of WAN optimizers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address network requirements and challenges.
• Conduct regular network assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Ensure network security by implementing best practices and staying up-to-date with the latest security trends.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
• Provide technical support and training to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive network documentation to support ongoing operations and future planning.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve network infrastructure.
