Summary: As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for a platform, product, or engagement. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with the overall business objectives and technical requirements. You will engage in discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide insights that drive the architectural vision forward, while also mentoring team members and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on architectural decisions. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in technology architecture. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of software design patterns and principles. - Experience in cloud architecture and deployment strategies. - Proficient in performance tuning and optimization techniques. - Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC. - This position is based at our Noida office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
