• Strong knowledge in card payment systems, financial technologies, and related processes
• Proficiency in business development, client relations, and negotiation techniques
• Technical understanding of payment gateways, system integrations, and software solutions
• Experience in analyzing payment market trends and developing strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid office and remote environment
• Previous experience in the fintech domain is an advantage
