Role & Responsibilities:
Revenue & Business Growth
- Drive financial and productivity achievements through total revenue generation and topline growth of the business portfolio
- Ensure targeted business development through trade finance solutions in collaboration with the Business Banking team
Client Acquisition & Engagement
- Acquire new-to-bank clients with a focus on scaling the trade finance book
- Execute a focused industry-wise acquisition strategy in designated geographies
- Engage meaningfully with existing and prospective clients to identify business development opportunities
Trade Finance Sales
- Manage end-to-end sales of Trade Finance products including Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and Export/Import finance across the bank's client base
- Work alongside internal stakeholders to deliver tailored trade solutions to clients
Cross-Selling
- Identify and execute cross-sell opportunities for trade and treasury products to deepen client relationships and enhance product penetration
Internal Collaboration
- Liaise with Service, Operations, and Product teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of client trade finance requirements
- Maintain service excellence and ensure high client satisfaction through smooth transaction handling
