Role Title: Content Writer Technical Documentation.

1.About the role
Looking for a content writer with strong written and verbal communication skills to support the documentation needs of an AI platform.
This role is critical in helping us standardize documents, templates, formats, and language across the platform. You will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to convert ideas, features, and workflows into clear, structured, and usable documentation.
Think of this role as being the bridge between what is built and what users and teams understand.
2.Role details
Role involves writing and organizing:
- Product and platform documentation
- Feature descriptions and release notes
- User guides and how-to documents
- Internal process and workflow documents
- Standard templates, formats, and style guides
- FAQs, onboarding content, and explainer documents
- Light editing and rewriting of existing material to improve clarity and consistency
3.Key Responsibilities
- Understand product features through discussions, demos, and reference material
- Convert technical and business input into simple, structured documentation
- Follow and help evolve documentation templates and standards
- Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and formatting
- Review, edit, and improve existing documents
- Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and business teams
- Maintain versioned and well-organized documentation repositories
