Role Overview
As a Technical Writer at Odwen, you will be responsible for creating clear, comprehensive, and high-quality documentation for our SaaS-based supply chain products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and the customer success team to translate complex product workflows into simple, actionable, and user-friendly content. Your work will empower customers, streamline internal communication, and support product adoption across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user manuals, product guides, help center articles, FAQs, and onboarding documentation.
- Create technical content such as API documentation, integration guides, data flow diagrams, and feature specifications.
- Prepare structured release notes, change logs, and version updates for each product deployment.
- Document end-to-end workflows, use cases, validations, and business rules across all product modules.
- Collaborate with UX designers to ensure interface text, tooltips, and product copy are clear and intuitive.
- Participate in sprint discussions to gather updates and convert them into clear, structured documentation.
- Maintain organized internal knowledge bases for development, QA, operations, and customer success teams.
- Ensure documentation quality, accuracy, and consistency across all Odwen product lines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in a SaaS or B2B technology environment.
- Excellent command of English with strong documentation and writing skills.
- Ability to understand product workflows, data structures, and complex technical concepts.
- Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Notion, Jira, Figma, Swagger/Postman, and diagramming tools.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience documenting logistics, warehousing, procurement, or inventory management systems.
- Understanding of APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise workflows.
- Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced product environment.
