We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating clear and concise technical documentation for software products and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information and produce high-quality documentation that enhances user understanding and experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation including user manuals, installation guides, and API documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
• Create clear and concise documentation that meets the needs of both technical and non-technical users.
• Review and revise documentation based on feedback from team members and end-users.
• Ensure all documentation is compliant with company and industry standards.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-7 years of experience in technical writing or related fields.
• Proficiency in documentation tools such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Microsoft Word.
• Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate complex information into easily understandable content.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
