Technical Writer | 9 to 12 years | Mumbai, Pune and Bengaluru

Job Description

• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience, covering standalone and orchestrated solutions, products & frameworks
• Write easy-to-understand Test cases, High Level designs, user reference documents, deployment and support guides
• Create tutorials to help end-users/automation consumers use the automation bot library
• Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
• Create and maintain the information (document management) architecture
• Technical vetting of documents created by the development community
• Ensuring that the overall project documentation is in top shape
  

Primary Skills

• Proven working experience in technical writing of software/automation documentation
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying critical attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and technical/architectural diagrams
• Excellent written skills in English in technical context
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Strong working knowledge on SDLC and software development practices (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)

Secondary Skills

• Has in-depth infrastructure automation documentation knowledge
• Has a level of expertise on IT Product/Service Document Management practice
