Key Responsibilities:
Training Design & Delivery
- Develop, deliver, and continuously enhance training programs for warehouse staff, supervisors, managers, and customers across global locations.
- Design and implement a comprehensive training framework, including annual calendars, structured syllabi, and detailed session plans.
- Conduct sessions focused on safety, process compliance, automation systems, and performance improvement.
- Drive effective onboarding programs that accelerate ramp-up time and ensure strong adoption of GreyOrange systems and standards.
Learning Needs Analysis
- Collaborate with operations leaders, floor managers, and process owners to identify skills gaps and training needs.
- Translate operational challenges into structured learning modules with measurable outcomes.
Content Development
- Create engaging, practical training content such as visual aids, process simulations, and hands-on demos.
- Develop comprehensive SOPs, process documents, and modular learning content tailored for varied literacy levels and multicultural audiences.
Performance Measurement
- Track training impact through KPIs such as productivity, accuracy, safety compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Design and integrate assessments, certifications, and feedback mechanisms to measure learning effectiveness.
- Recommend corrective action plans for performance gaps identified through training evaluation.
Culture & Knowledge Sharing
- Foster a continuous learning culture through structured peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.
- Support change management initiatives during implementation of new technologies or processes.
