Key Responsibilities:
Tool Administration & Support
- Assist Org Admins with configuration, troubleshooting, and day-to-day tool usage for Jira, Jira Align, and Confluence.
- Ensure consistent application of Agile methodologies across teams.
- Act as a liaison between Org Admins and technical teams for integrations or customizations.
- Monitor and report on tool performance and license utilization.
Process & Training Support
- Maintain and share guidance, best practices, and training resources for tool usage.
- Assist in managing Project Management SharePoint content and documentation.
- Provide updates on vendor-driven changes and enhancements to Org Admins.
Development & Maintenance
- Analyze, design, program, debug, and modify software enhancements or new applications.
- Write code, perform testing and debugging, and complete documentation for installation and maintenance.
- Collaborate with users to define system requirements or modifications.
