Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Trainer – Data Analytics with a minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in analytics, BI tools, and data-driven reporting. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver structured, easy-to-understand training sessions to global learners.

Experience in Digital Marketing Analytics will be a strong advantage.

Tools & Technologies - Power BI ,Tableau , SQL (MySQL / SQL Server / PostgreSQL), Qlik / Qlik Sense, Qlik View, Python for Data Analysis (NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn), Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live, instructor-led online training sessions for global learners.
• Develop and deliver structured training content, including PPTs, hands-on exercises, lab manuals, assignments, and assessments.
• Teach and mentor learners from beginner to advanced levels in BI, analytics, and reporting.
• Design real-world case studies, dashboards, and business problem scenarios.
• Customize curriculum as per client or project requirements.
• Provide regular feedback, doubt-clearing sessions, and learner evaluations.
• Stay updated with emerging Data Analytics and BI trends, tools, and industry practices.
• Support learning with projects related to business analytics, financial analytics, and digital marketing analytics.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics or Corporate Training.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of: Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, SQL (queries, joins, functions, stored procedures), Python for data analytics, Power Apps and Microsoft Fabric
• Good understanding of ETL concepts, data models, dashboards, KPIs, and DAX.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse learners.
• Open to rotational shifts and global training schedules.
• Experience in Digital Marketing Analytics / Google Analytics / Campaign Reporting (preferred).
