Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Technical Test Lead with strong expertise in Python and test automation. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and executing automated tests, ensuring the quality and performance of software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the testing efforts across projects ensuring high-quality deliverables
Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python
Design, implement, and maintain test frameworks using Pytest
Perform UI testing using Selenium integrated with REST APIs
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve bugs
Write and execute complex SQL/MySQL queries for data validation and test support
Continuously improve test processes, quality standards, and automation strategies

Core Skills Required:

Strong hands-on coding skills in Python
Experience with REST API testing
Proficient in Selenium for UI automation
Strong working knowledge of SQL and MySQL
Expertise in Pytest framework
