Job Title: IT Talent Acquisition Executive

Salary: Up to ₹15,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented IT Talent Acquisition Executive to join our team in Bhopal. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process
• Source candidates through job portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per requirements
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
• Prepare and maintain recruitment-related documentation
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other job portals
• Basic knowledge of IT roles and technologies
• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
