Mode - Work from Office

Team Leadership:

  • Lead and manage a team of cloud telephony support engineers.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Foster a positive team culture focused on customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate reports on support trends, customer issues, and team performance.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for process optimization and customer experience enhancements.

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical understanding of cloud telephony systems and protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Leadership and team management abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously
  • Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
