Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of cloud telephony support engineers.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Foster a positive team culture focused on customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate reports on support trends, customer issues, and team performance.
- Analyze data to identify areas for process optimization and customer experience enhancements.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical understanding of cloud telephony systems and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple issues simultaneously
- Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
