Must have:
- 2+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- L1 IT Support (incident management & ticket handling)
- ServiceNow ticketing tool experience
- Active Directory support
- Okta, Intune, Zoom support
- Strong troubleshooting & outage management
- Support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
- Hardware support (Apple, Dell, Lenovo, printers/MFPs)
- Strong communication & stakeholder management
- Willing to work shifts & weekends (100% onsite).
