Embassy Tech Village, Bangalore (100% Onsite)

Full-time with Info Services

Must have:

  • 2+ years of enterprise IT support experience
  • L1 IT Support (incident management & ticket handling)
  • ServiceNow ticketing tool experience
  • Active Directory support
  • Okta, Intune, Zoom support
  • Strong troubleshooting & outage management
  • Support for Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
  • Hardware support (Apple, Dell, Lenovo, printers/MFPs)
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management
  • Willing to work shifts & weekends (100% onsite).
