Job Description

Job Title: Sr. IT Infra Engineer

Location: Mumbai (Ghansoli RCP)

CTC: 4.08 LPA

Experience: 2+ Years (IT Infrastructure Support)

Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of Networking (LAN/WAN), hardware & software troubleshooting, backend log analysis, database handling, desktop performance monitoring, backup & recovery, and retail IT rollout. Hands-on experience in MS Office, Outlook, Office 365 configuration, antivirus, printers, scanners, and application installation.

Responsibilities:

IT infrastructure support & configuration, report preparation (daily/weekly/monthly), remote technical support, hardware assembling, domain & AV policy deployment, and system/application troubleshooting.

Must be ready for Face-to-Face Interview.
