Job Description

This role is for a Senior Client Partner - Technical Support focused on providing expert assistance for computer hardware and operating system issues. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to provide remote support effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for computer hardware and operating systems.
  • Handle installation of Windows, system configuration, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Perform remote support and system maintenance, akin to an IT administrator role.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Proficiency in Windows installation, configuration, and technical troubleshooting.
  • Experience with remote support.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Computer Sciences.
  • Willingness to work in night shifts.
